Cryo Lab started the way many meaningful things do, out of necessity, curiosity, and a deep belief that how we care for our bodies truly matters. That belief runs through everything we do. Cryo Lab isn’t just a place to recover; it’s a space built on community, trust, and supporting one another in staying healthy, strong, and moving well.

Cryo Lab EDH was founded in 2022 by Geromy and Jodi Scaggs. Together, they are yin and yang in every sense of the word.

Jodi is a lifelong yogi, yoga teacher, artist, and holistic practitioner. She believes in helping people reconnect with their bodies, listen to what they need, and build sustainable habits that support overall well-being. Jodi is passionate about creating calm, intentional spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and heal.

Geromy is a Marine Corps veteran and jiu jitsu athlete with a background in wrestling, MMA, collegiate football, and rugby in the Marine Corps. His journey has included multiple injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain, making recovery essential to continuing the activities he loves.

Together, they created a space where people can reset, recover, laugh, and feel supported. That vision became Cryo Lab EDH, a place designed to help you recharge, feel better in your body, and return to the things you love feeling stronger and more motivated.
