The Oak Ridge Flag Football Team is invited to a special night of recovery, connection, and inspiration at Cryo Lab El Dorado Hills!

When the team arrives, parents will have dinner set up so athletes can eat while beginning their recovery treatments. During the session, athletes will also get the chance to hear from a professional female athlete, who will share her journey, story, and inspiration while the team enjoys both food and recovery.

Following dinner and the talk, athletes will rotate through a 2-hour recovery experience designed to recharge the body and mind, including:

• Whole Body Cryotherapy to reduce soreness and speed recovery

• Compression Therapy for legs, hips, and arms

• Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy for deep relaxation

• Localized Cryotherapy & Cryo Facial Masks to refresh and rejuvenate

• Red Light Therapy for muscle recovery and performance

A professional photographer will be onsite to capture the night, ensuring these memories last long after the final whistle.
